Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026. This notice explains how personal information submitted through this website is used. Please do not enter passport numbers, identity documents, medical details, criminal-record information or CVs into our general enquiry forms.

Who we are

A & M Visa Services Ltd (company number 07725981), Office 84, 95 Wilton Road, London SW1V 1BZ, is the point of contact for privacy enquiries about this website. Email info@aandmvisa.co.uk. The A&M Recruitment enquiry route on this site is handled through info@recruitmentam.co.uk. If a separate organisation handles a later recruitment engagement, its role and privacy information must be explained separately.

Information collected and why

For visa-service enquiries we receive your name, email address, selected topic and message. For recruitment enquiries we also receive whether you are an employer or candidate, an optional company name, current country, role or sector and a short message. We use these details to respond, understand the request and, if you choose to proceed, discuss next steps. Necessary pre-contract steps or our legitimate interest in handling genuine enquiries may apply; legal obligations may apply to records kept after an engagement. Checking a form box confirms that we may use the details to respond; it is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Our server may process technical information, including IP address and security events, to operate and protect the site. Where enabled, Google reCAPTCHA processes information to distinguish human submissions from automated traffic; Google’s own Privacy Policy and Terms also apply. The on-page controlled Q&A assistant runs in the browser; questions typed into it are not submitted through the website enquiry form unless you separately send an enquiry.

Sharing and international cases

Website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver and secure enquiries. We do not publish enquiries. We may need to involve a relevant service provider or authority in a later case, including outside the UK, but that should be explained for the individual service before further documents are requested or shared. Third-party services such as reCAPTCHA may process data internationally under their own terms. Ask us if you need details about a particular recipient or transfer before providing more information.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiry correspondence while responding and for a reasonable follow-up period, then review it for deletion unless a service engagement, dispute, security need or legal/accounting obligation requires longer. Different engaged case records may have different retention requirements. Ask us about the period relevant to your enquiry. We do not ask for sensitive documents through the public form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your information, object to certain uses, request restriction or portability where applicable, and withdraw any consent where consent is the basis for a particular use. Rights depend on the circumstances and lawful basis. Contact info@aandmvisa.co.uk and we will respond in line with applicable law. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Updates

We will update this notice if the website’s forms, processing or providers materially change. This notice covers the current website enquiry routes; any later document-processing or AI-agent service needs its own assessment and appropriate notice before launch.
