Website content and the controlled Q&A assistant provide general guidance, not an individual eligibility decision. Requirements and official procedures can change and vary by applicant. Please confirm current requirements and any typical timescale with our team and the relevant authority before relying on them or booking travel. Sending a form or email does not itself create a paid service contract. Do not submit sensitive documents through the general form or assistant.
When a service is agreed
Before work starts, the applicable scope, charges, any third-party costs and important case-specific conditions should be confirmed to you separately. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, responding to requests and checking documents supplied for your application. We may need to refer an individual case for further assessment. Third-party processing, appointment availability and official decisions are outside our control; we do not promise a particular outcome or deadline.
Cancellation and complaints
To cancel or raise a concern, email info@aandmvisa.co.uk with the service reference if you have one. If you are a consumer contracting at a distance, statutory cancellation rights may apply, usually including a 14-day period for eligible service contracts. If you ask for a service to start during that period, we should explain what has been done and any lawful proportionate charge before proceeding. Any refund or cancellation position depends on the agreement, work already performed and applicable law. Nothing here excludes your statutory consumer rights or our duty to use reasonable care and skill.
